Feather
Weights
Featherweight robots have evolved beyond recognition in the past few
years. This class of robot started in magazines as “Rex’s robot challenge”
in the 90’s, and were no more than wooden boxes with scrap windscreen
wiper motors for drive. They have now become highly advanced machines.
Some of the current Xbotz featherweights have more power than heavyweight
robots.
Xbotz has an army of featherweight robots, such as
Tantrum, an all aluminium robot with a massive spinning weapon.

Wheely Small Cheese, a baby version of the heavyweight, with similar
weapon power. Low ceilings beware.
Unity, Destiny, Trinity and Harmony, a selection of armoured ram-bots,
with various drive systems, including the monster 6 horse power set-up
(that’s 3 times the power of most heavyweights)
Predator, with a super heavy vertical disk.

Mini-kan, a scale replica of one of Xbotz favourite robots.
Elvis and Bloody-L, both fantastically engineered robots from other Xbotz
team members.
